In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "zk999," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the zk999 platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the zk999 website accessible at zk999.org, including all subpages, casino games, sportsbook, live dealer services, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the zk999 Platform.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed using funds deposited into a zk999 Account.

Access to and use of the zk999 Platform, including all real-money gaming and sports betting services, is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

5. You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the zk999 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
6. All personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.
7. You understand and accept that gambling involves real financial risk and that zk999 does not guarantee winnings of any kind.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify zk999 immediately — via live chat or by emailing [email protected] — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. zk999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

• Accounts must be kept up to date. If your personal details change — including your address, phone number, or payment method — you are required to update your Account profile promptly.
• zk999 may impose temporary restrictions on an Account pending verification of updated information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zk999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice.
• zk999 does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of any Account or Account balance to another individual.

zk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally supported payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity. zk999 is obligated to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with its international licensing requirements and may request supporting documentation where transactions are flagged for review.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and AML review where applicable.
• zk999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zk999 accepts no liability.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified account held in the same name as the registered zk999 Account holder.
• zk999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

zk999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per person, household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of this period.
• zk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or technical error.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors — will be forfeited and may result in account termination.

All casino games and sports betting markets on the zk999 Platform are governed by individual game rules and sportsbook rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. zk999 does not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of manifest technical error on our part.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and each sportsbook market are displayed within the respective game interface or market panel. These limits may be adjusted by zk999 at any time without notice.
• In the event of a technical failure — including server outages, disconnections, or software faults — during an active game round or live bet, zk999 will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the state of play and settle the affected wager fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the final official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets that were accepted before a disqualifying event are settled according to the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed.
• zk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned in full to the player's Account.

Users of the zk999 Platform must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any other multi-player environment.
• Engaging in match fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of insider information in connection with sportsbook wagers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud using the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or similar tools to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward zk999 staff or other users.

All content on the zk999 Platform — including but not limited to the zk999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the property of zk999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any zk999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.
• Use the zk999 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without express written consent.

zk999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zk999 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, where necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing payment data with your chosen payment provider), or where you have given explicit consent. • zk999 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or actions of third-party payment providers beyond our reasonable control.
• Our aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

zk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Requirement to comply with a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or material breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any outstanding Bonus Fund obligations) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding AML checks.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the zk999 support team. zk999 will use reasonable endeavours to investigate and respond to all formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

zk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zk999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the zk999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.

The version of these Terms in force at the time a bet is placed or a transaction is completed shall govern that specific transaction, even if subsequent amendments have been made.
